In 1958, Thompson Phelan Group started out with a simple idea: the design and construction of a building should come from a single source.
Located on the northern-most shore of Lake St. Clair in St. Clair County, TPG’s operations have exceeded five decades of uninterrupted design/bid/build services throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. The fully devoted relationship between the architectural professionals and the construction experts under one roof has allowed the completion of over 850 projects as a team.
